Coating Applicator

The CA-620 Coating Applicator, will supply a coating of a slide angle increasing solution onto a paper web. The standard unit is equipped with four 5" wide, and one 8" wide, plastic rolls. The plastic rolls are gearmotor driven with an encoder to match an increase, or decrease, in tuber speed. The gearmotor can also be independently speed controlled to increase or decrease the application amount. This application can be applied continuously or in register with the tuber. Available for tail-end style installation or in-line.The stainless steel pan under the rolls can be easily removed for cleaning. An optional stainless steel recirculation tank can also be easily removed for cleaning. Fluid connections are brass quick-connections, for ease of removal. The air operated pump, supplied with the recirculation tank option, is of an all plastic construction. The paper rollers have a very heavy wall of aluminum tubing with precision free rolling bearings.Features:Four 5" wide, one 8" wide Coat
